TEA La Mona (222,280 net acres)

100% owned by Argenta, the TEA (Technical Evaluation Agreement) of La Mona is located in northern Colombia, in the northern section of Plato Sub-Basin (Lower Magdalena Basin). The TEA was approved in August 2007 for a period of 15 months. Argenta has identified at least two exploratory leads and is working to convert these leads to prospects in the near future. The main potential reservoir is Cienaga de Oro Formation, and the secondary reservoirs are Tubara Fm, Porquero Fm and El Dificil Carbonates, all the rocks are from tertiary age.
